Penny Scallan Navy Star Raincoat

Keep your little guy warm, dry and looking uber-cool with the Navy Star Raincoat - 2015 from Penny Scallan. The new design of the raincoat is very stylish with convenient snap buttons closure on the front and well thought with fabric ventilation holes to keep dry inside during outdoor plays.

The outer shell of this raincoat is made from flexible Polyurethane (PU) which is a modern Phthalate-free alternative to PVC. It is also cotton lined including the hood to make it nice and comfy on the inside.

The Penny Scallan Navy Star Raincoat is not padded so it is light and great to wear with heavier clothing or when it's not raining but humid and features a easy snap buttons closure with star embellishment on front.

Outer made from 100% PU, and the Lining from 100% Cotton.
